Recipe: www.healthyveganrecipes.net Cabbage isn’t always everyone’s favorite, so healthy vegan recipes that bring some flavor to cabbage are a great way to get them eaten more often. Phil said he wasn’t looking forward to eating this tonight, since cabbage can be boring, but he says it was awesome. He says you should try it! Cabbage is a cruciferous vegetable, which is the same family as broccoli and kale, and is loaded with antioxidants. This means that they can help protect against cancer and aging. Try purple or green cabbage for different nutrients.

@rennemig That’s a cute story, thanks for sharing! unfortunately I read it before Phil… but he liked it too. And we’re getting married this summer, but I don’t know if it had anything to do with cabbage. I hope this one lives up to your grandfather’s standards!

Once, my grandfather Alexander gave me a secret tip on Red Cabbage.
“Grandson”, he said “if ever a girl comes by and knows how to cook up some good red Cabbage, marry her then”
I’m sure that that was his nice way of complimenting his wife’s cooking.
And so Your recipe fills up my stomach with a warm feeling of good memories as well as making me curious…
by the way, this comment is only for Phil to read.
