This recipe I found online calls apple cider vinegar which I never heard of till just now (I’m korean)… for meatloaf.. There are 103 reviews that say this meatloaf is really good and I want to try it tomorrow.. But all I have is red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar… any of it I can use??

Use which ever you please… i wouldnt recommend balsamic for meatloaf though. Its a matter of taste more than anything.

Just leave the vinegar out, I make it without it and it’s really good.

Sure, it’ll be just fine. Maybe a little less tangy than apple cider vinegar. I don’t put any vinegar in mine, and it’s very tasty.
