Brock Days 2009 – Fine Food, Fine Wine, Live Art

September 17, 2009 – In conjunction with the Niagara Wine Festival, Brock University hosted Fine Food, Fine Wine, Fine Art to more than 125 guests. New this year was LIVE art, featuring Brock graduates from St. Catharines-based Suitcase in Point, a theatre company that expands upon existing concepts of performance through their use of adventurous movement, digital media, video, live music, and visual arts. An extraordinary taste experience, Fine Food, Fine Wine, Live Art also featured tantalizing food and wine pairings from Niagara region’s finest chefs and award-winning wineries, including chefs Jan Willem Stulp, Steven Treadwell, Eric Peacock and Tony de Luca, and representatives from the Niagara Culinary Institute and our own Brock Dining Services. Wineries this year included CCOVI graduates from Dan Aykroyd Wines, along with Creekside Estate Winery.
