WineReviewOnline.com Publisher Robert Whitley visits Silver Oak Cellars, the Napa Valley winery just rebuilt following a 2006 fire that destroyed the historic building. It has re-opened with great fanfare. One of the improvements is the addition of Chef Dominic Orsini to the staff. Orsini prepares private food and wine pairings by appointment through the winery. We sat in on one of his first tastings in mid-October.
